A. Your design or ours? Your building lot or ours? Each situation is different. Bring us your plan and information about your lot or we can design a house for you and provide a lot to build it on.

A. Each of our homes is a one-of-a-kind, therefore the price is as well.

Q. How much per square foot?
A. That depends on many factors including land cost, design complexity and finishes. The only standard we offer is quality. The only limit is your budget.

Q. How long does it take?
A. The average for start to finish is 8-12 months but there can be factors that will shorten or lengthen this time period. This is after all a custom experience.
